Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after you receive your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

Note: Please keep in mind that during peak seasons or holidays, delays may occur. We do our best to minimize any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Note: We are currently only shipping to a select number of countries within the EU:

The Netherlands;
Belgium;
Luxembourg;
Germany;
Austria;
France;
Spain;
Italy.

Delivery estimates: while we're just as excited as you are for your order to arrive, it's difficult to give a precise delivery time. Once we hand your package off to the shipping carrier, the delivery speed is out of our control.

What we can promise is that we'll process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1 - 2 business days. As soon as it's on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over €70 within The Netherlands, and on all orders over €120 for the selected EU countries mentioned above. For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain a tracking number that allows you to follow the status of your package. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

As we ship exclusively within the EU, no customs fees or extra import duties apply to your order. VAT is always included in the product price or calculated at checkout (OSS scheme).

Damage Upon Delivery

For consumers within the EU, Marblelous Tech B.V. is responsible for your order until the moment it is delivered to you. For deliveries to business customers (B2B), the risk of loss or damage transfers upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (see Article 5 of the General Terms and Conditions).

If your order arrived damaged, we will of course resolve this for you, but we require your assistance in gathering evidence to file the claim with the carrier.

To guarantee quick processing and to successfully submit the claim to the carrier, we kindly request that you contact us immediately, but no later than 2 days after receipt, via email. Please preserve all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The necessary step-by-step plan for processing the damage is as follows:

Recommended Action Plan

  • Step 1: Accept the Shipment Subject to Reservation (if possible).
    If you notice the damage while the delivery driver is still present, ask if you can sign "subject to inspection." Request that the driver makes a note of the visible external damage.
  • Please note: Some carriers do not offer this option, but it is worth a try.

Step 2: Take Photos of the Damage Immediately (Crucial!).
To successfully file the claim, clear photos are required of the following four elements:

  1. The Exterior of the Packaging: Multiple photos clearly showing the damage (e.g., dent, tear, wet spot);
  2. The Shipping Label: A clear photo of the label showing the tracking number and the address;
  3. The Inner Packaging: A photo showing how the contents (the product) were packaged (e.g., bubble wrap, filler material);
  4. The Damaged Product Itself: Clear photos of the product damage from various angles.

Step 3: Preserve the Packaging and Contents.
Do not discard the damaged box, the filler material, or the product! The carrier may require an inspection of the shipment. The packaging serves as the evidence for the claim.

Step 4: Contact Us within 48 Hours.
Please send all photos taken and the following information via email to info@marblelous.tech:

  • Your Order Number;
  • A brief description of the damage;
  • All photos taken as attachments.
