We strive to process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

You will find our shipping fees automatically at the checkout page. Note: Free shipping on orders over €70 within The Netherlands.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

What is the delivery time for my order?

While we're just as excited as you are for your order to arrive, it's difficult to give a precise delivery time. Once we hand your package off to the shipping carrier, the delivery speed is out of our control.

What we can promise is that we'll process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1 - 2 business days. As soon as it's on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Can I track my order?

After successful payment, you will receive a tracking number and where you can follow your order.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please refer to our shipping policy, specifically the "Damages" section. It contains a detailed, step-by-step plan on the actions you can take in the unfortunate event of a damaged delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my purchase?

We would like to refer to our return/refund policy. Returns must be within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and original packaging. You are permitted to inspect and try out the product as you would in a physical store. If there is evidence of use exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, resulting in a diminution in value, we reserve the right to deduct this diminution in value from the amount to be refunded. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Please contact our customer service team with your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@marblelous.tech. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Het Stenen Muurtje 10, 6245 EX, Eijsden, The Netherlands 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are return shipping costs refunded?

Generally, return shipping costs are at your own expense.

However, if you are returning a product due to a confirmed defect, you will be reimbursed for your return shipping costs. We will refund the shipping fee after we have received and inspected the product and confirmed that the defect was not caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. But you will still need to pay for the return shipping upfront.

Yes, Marblelous is compatible with standard LEGO® bricks via a part called the multi-mount. Disclaimer: LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO® Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this product."

Does the product have a warranty?

Yes, this product comes with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Damage from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. For all official warranty terms and conditions, please refer to our full Terms of Service. While we provide a brief overview here, the complete and legally binding policy can be found in our official terms.
